TSL

TSL, for The Songs Laboratory, is BAM's karaoke for business customers: the song catalog, the software running in the rooms and the subscriptions of the venues it equips. I work on it alongside BAM Karaoke.

The TSL Admin back-office, front and API: business customers, venues, rooms, subscriptions (offers, licences, commissions, cancellations, automatic reminders) and reporting with MRR and its history 📈 On the catalog side: songs, genres, publishers and suppliers.

For Battles, the mode where karaoke scores your voice, I wired an "Analyze" button on a song's page: it runs a Python AWS Lambda that analyses the frequencies syllable by syllable, then tells the back-office in real time when the song is ready to be scored.

In the in-room software: games shown in a modal (including iframe games, like a quiz) and sound effects on the roulette and end-of-session animations.
